PRIVACY
Your assessment information.
The Business Fit Assessment helps FINOPS understand your situation before a conversation.
What we collect
Business details, approximate activity, systems, record condition, priorities and contact preferences. Submission records may also include the time, page URL, referrer and campaign tags. Anonymous event records help us understand assessment progression.
Why we use it
To review service fit and workload, prepare an internal summary, respond to your enquiry and manage follow-up. Internal classifications support human review; they are not a commitment to accept an engagement.
Access and service providers
Assessment records are available through protected review to authorised FINOPS/GENRO administrators. Hosting and transactional email providers process information needed to store the assessment and send notifications. Confirmation emails do not repeat your assessment answers.
What not to send
Do not include bank statements, identity documents, passwords, account credentials, card information or tax records. The assessment has no financial-document upload requirement.
Temporary browser storage
Your browser session may retain unfinished answers for up to 24 hours to help you recover from interruptions. Successful submission clears the saved answers. Avoid completing an assessment on a shared device.
Questions and requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact hello@genro.lc and identify your enquiry. Requests are reviewed in light of any records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Do not email banking credentials.
FINOPS Caribbean is a GENRO-owned service. This page describes the initial enquiry process. Any subsequent engagement will specify the information and access it requires.
