HOW IT WORKS

A clear rhythm.
From first assessment to month-end.

Start with a short assessment. We use it to understand your operation before discussing a suitable scope.

WORKING TOGETHER

Good information needs clear responsibilities.

At onboarding we agree document channels, access requirements, deadlines, reporting and communication. Your business remains responsible for providing complete and accurate source information.

BUILT TO WORK WITH YOUR ACCOUNTANT

FINOPS does not have to replace your accountant.

Your accountant may handle tax filings, statutory accounts, year-end reporting or specialist advice. FINOPS supports the operating layer underneath—keeping records organised, transactions reconciled and information current throughout the year.

FINOPS

  • Day-to-day finance operations
  • Bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Document organisation
  • Monthly reporting and operating visibility
  • Financial preparation

Your accountant / specialist provider

  • Tax advice and filing, where applicable
  • Statutory accounts
  • Audit or assurance, where applicable
  • Specialist accounting and compliance advice
  • Other regulated professional services

Where specialist work is required, FINOPS can coordinate clean, organised information for the appropriate provider.
